Ingredients

  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 100 g minced beef
  • ½ small red bell pepper
  • 100 g corn kernel
  • 1 tbsp Mexican taco seasoning
  • 500 g quick melt cheese
  • 6 pcs flour tortilla

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and minced beef. Cook until the beef turns into light brown.

  • Add red bell pepper, corn and Mexican taco seasoning. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  • Heat the flour tortilla in a pan, add the minced meat and vegetables. Add quick melt cheese and fold the tortilla into half. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining ingredients.

  • Cut it into halt to make triangle shapes. Serve and enjoy!
