In a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil and sauté the garlic, onion and ginger until soft and translucent.
Add the canned sisig and cook for 3-5 minutes. Put the chili and stir well. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Place the sisig at the bottom of each taco shells. Add the lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion. Top with grated cheese. Serve immediately!
