Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 pc green Thai chili chopped
  • 1 can ready-to-eat sisig
  • 1 pc tomato seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 4 pcs taco shells
  • ¼ cup cheese grated

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil and sauté the garlic, onion and ginger until soft and translucent.
  • Add the canned sisig and cook for 3-5 minutes. Put the chili and stir well. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Place the sisig at the bottom of each taco shells. Add the lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion. Top with grated cheese. Serve immediately!
