Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 425 g sardines 1 can sardines
  • 100 g misua
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a large pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and onion until soft and translucent.
  • Add the canned sardines including the liquid and cook for at least 5 minutes.
  • Pour the water and add the misua noodles. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with hot rice. You may add calamansi juice to add more taste.
