Ingredients
3tbspmilo powder
1tbsphot water
1egg white
1tbspgranulated white sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine milo powder and hot water. Stir until well dissolved and set aside.
Using a heatproof bowl, mix egg white and sugar. Place the bowl over a pot with simmering water. Make sure the bowl is not touching the water. Stir until sugar is well dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Continue to whisk using an electric hand-held mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Strain the milo mixture and pour it into the meringue. Gently fold well combined or until no more white streak.
To assemble, put some ice cubes on a tall glass and fill about ⅔ of cold milk. Top with whipped mixture using an ice cream scooper. Sprinkle more milo powder on top and serve immediately.
