Ingredients

  • 500 g tahong
  • 70 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan in medium fire.
  • Add some cooking oil.
  • Drop the butter on the pan and let it melt.
  • Add the garlic and Saute until light brown.
  • Add the onion and the pepper.
  • Drop the mussels and stir.
  • Add some salt and stir.
  • Cook and stir until the shells are open.
  • Served.
