Instructions
Heat a cooking oil in a pot.
Saute the garlic and the onion and tomatoes.
Add the chicken meat and stir.
Pour the fish sauce (patis) and cook for 2 minutes
Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil
Add the carrots, potato, red bell pepper and sugar.
