Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 medium carrots cubes
  • 1 large potato cubes
  • 2 large tomato cubes
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Heat a cooking oil in a pot.
  • Saute the garlic and the onion and tomatoes.
  • Add the chicken meat and stir.
  • Pour the fish sauce (patis) and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil
  • Add the carrots, potato, red bell pepper and sugar.
  • Let it cook for 7-10 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and serve.
