Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bitter melon
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add some cooking oil.
  • Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  • Add the bitter gourd or ampalaya.
  • Add the salt.
  • Beat the eggs and pour it on the pan.
  • Stir until the eggs are cooked.
  • Serve.
