Chopsuey Recipe

Pre-heat a large pan and add a cooking oil.
Saute the garlic and onion.
Add the pork, then the chicken.
Add the shrimp.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the green beans, then the carrots.
Add in the cauliflower, then the young corn.
Pour the water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage.
Stir to cook all the vegetables well.
Now add the quails egg.
Dilute the cornstarch in a water.
Pour the diluted cornstarch on the pan.
Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve.
