Sinigang na Baboy or Pork Sinigang Recipe
“Sinigang” is a Tagalog term which means maasim or sour. This dish is also a nutritive one for it contains vegetables and spices which make it full of nutrients.

Put the water in a pot.
Add the tomatoes, onion, taro and pork.
Boil for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the taro from the pot.
Mash the taro and put it back in the pot.
Put the string beans and okra.
Add the salt.
Then the tamarind powder and stir.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the kang kong leaves.
Turn off the heat and serve.
