Sinigang na Bangus is an all-time favorite of all Filipinos. You can always see it on their tables especially during lunch or dinner. It is a very comforting dish because of its wonderful, tasty soup and of course the milkfish itself.

Ingredients

  • 1 large milk fish or bangus
  • 1 small sonion
  • 1 small radish
  • 1 tbsp tamarind powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 bunch kang kong
  • cups water

Instructions

  • In a pot or deep pan add the water, tomatoes and onion.
  • Let it boil then add the fish.
  • Add the radish.
  • Put the tamarind powder.
  • Boil for about 4 minutes.
  • Add the salt.
  • Add the kang kong leaves.
  • Turn the heat off.
  • Serve.
