Ingredients
270gpork
250gpork liver
2clovesgarlic
20ggreen bell pepper
½cupgreen peas
1small red bell pepper
1medium onion
1tspblack pepper
2tbspsoy sauce
2tbspvinegar
1cupwater
Instructions
Heat a pan and add some cooking oil.
Saute the garlic and onion.
Add the pork and cook until the color fades and turn into light brown.
Add the pepper and stir.
Pour the soy sauce.
Pour the vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes. (do not stir)
Add 1 cup of water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the liver and green beans then cook for 2 minutes.
