Ingredients

  • cups rice flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp lye water
  • 2 tsp anatto seed
  • 3 cups water
  • grated coconut

Instructions

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Add the water and mix well
  • Pour the lye water in the bowl
  • Add in the soaked annatto liquid, mix well
  • pour the mixture in the molders
  • Steam for 30 - 45 minutes
  • Top with grated coconut
