Maruya Recipe
Maruya is simply made from slices of bananas that are dipped in an egg and flour batter, and then deep-fried.

Break and beat the eggs in a mixing bowl
Add in the brown sugar in the mixture
Add the flour and mix well
Add some water and mix again
Dip the bananas and deep fry in a pan
