Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 2 pcs fresh eggs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 30 g cheese

Instructions

  • Combine the rice flour, baking powder and brown sugar then mix well
  • Add in the evaporated milk and half cup of water mix well
  • Now add the fresh eggs and keep mixing
  • Pour the mixture in the molders
  • Add the sliced cheese
  • Steam fro 15 - 20 minutes
  • Poke with a stick if it's clean it is ready too be serve
