Puto is a “kakanin,” or rice flour-based pastries, which has been served in the Philippines for many generations

Combine the rice flour, baking powder and brown sugar then mix well
Add in the evaporated milk and half cup of water mix well
Now add the fresh eggs and keep mixing
Pour the mixture in the molders
Add the sliced cheese
Steam fro 15 - 20 minutes
Poke with a stick if it's clean it is ready too be serve
