Ingredients

  • 500 g pork
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pc red chili
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 1/12 cups water

Instructions

  • Heat the cooking oil in a large pan.
  • Sauté the garlic, onion and pork.
  • Add in the soy sauce.
  • Add the pepper then stir.
  • Pour the tomato sauce and stir.
  • Pour the water and simmer until the pork is tender.
  • Put the tomatoes and carrots simmer until the vegetables are soft.
  • Add in the peanut butter and stir.
  • Now add the green pepper.
  • Add the chilis.
  • Serve
