Beef Morcon Recipe
Beef Morcon is just usually served on special occasions because of its rather expensive ingredients.

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, black pepper and calamansi juice for 30 minutes.
Put the meat in a large plate and stuff it with the hard boiled eggs, chorizo, hotdogs and pickles.
Roll the meat neatly.
Secure it with a string.
Pour some water in a big pot and add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, pickles, onion, pineapple and cheese.
Add in the prepared meat and ensure the meat is dip in the sauce, add some water if necessary.
Turn the heat on and set it to medium.
Cover and let it cook until the meat becomes tender (20 - 30 minutes)
