Boil a water in a pot and cook the macaroni for 5 - 8 minutes
Drain once cooked.
Boil the chicken for 15 - 20 minutes.
Shred the chicken into pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Add the all-purpose cream, mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste as well as the cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
