Ingredients

  • 500 g elbow macaroni
  • 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 170 g all purpose cream
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup pickles
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Boil a water in a pot and cook the macaroni for 5 - 8 minutes
  • Drain once cooked.
  • Boil the chicken for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken into pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
  • Add the all-purpose cream, mayonnaise.
  • Salt and pepper to taste as well as the cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Serve
