Ingredients

  • 5 pcs squid
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 pc lemon
  • ¾ cups soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  •  Marinate the squid with soy sauce and lemon for 30 minutes.
  • Sauté the garlic, onion, tomato, celery, carrots and ground pork.
  • Stuffed the squid with the sauté filling.
  • Lock it with the toothpick.
  • Dip in the egg and flour.
  • Fry.
  • Serve
