Combine the ground pork, carrots and onion in a mixing bowl.
Beat the egg and add it in the bowl.
Add the pepper and salt and mix well.
Put a spoon full of meat mixture on the wrapper and seal.
Oil the steamer and steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
