Ingredients

  • 2 packs egg noodles
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 250 g chicken liver
  • 3 pcs chinese sausage
  • 1 chinese cabbage
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the chicken liver and cook for 5 minutes or until just about done. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • On the same pan or pot, put some oil then saute the onion and garlic.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until the chicken turns light brown.
  • Add the chinese sausage and carrots.
  • Pour water and add 2 tbsp of fish sauce.
  • Add the thick egg noodles.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add chinese cabbage and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked liver.
  • Pour the beaten egg and diluted corn starch. Cook until the sauce slightly thickened.
  • Serve hot!
