Chicken Lomi Recipe
Chicken Lomi Recipe is one of my favorite noodle soup when I was young, Mom always buy this for me for breakfast before going to school

Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chicken liver and cook for 5 minutes or until just about done. Remove from the pan and set aside.
On the same pan or pot, put some oil then saute the onion and garlic.
Add the sliced chicken and cook until the chicken turns light brown.
Add the chinese sausage and carrots.
Pour water and add 2 tbsp of fish sauce.
Add the thick egg noodles.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add chinese cabbage and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add the cooked liver.
Pour the beaten egg and diluted corn starch. Cook until the sauce slightly thickened.
Serve hot!
