1. In a separate container, completely dissolve each pack of flavored jelly in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in another ½ cup of cold water.
3. Transfer to a rectangular container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set.
4. Cut the flavored jelly into cubes.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine condense milk, heavy cream and pineapple juice. Then, add sugar and salt.
6. In a separate container, dissolve the unflavored jelly in 1 cup boiling water.
7. Combine the unflavored jelly into the milk mixture. Whisk until well incorporated.
8. Arrange the flavored jelly in your preferred jelly mold.
9. Pour the jelly-milk mixture evenly. Refrigerate for another 4 hours or until set.
10. To serve, turn the pan upside down in a serving plate.
11. Serve chill and enjoy!
