Beef Pares Recipe
This Beef Pares Recipe is so easy to follow. I used slow cooker to make the meat so tender. The soup is piping hot and best serve with garlic rice.

Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker except the spring onion. Cover and set it to low heat. Cook it for 8 hours.
Remove the cover and stir.
Transfer the Beef Pares to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the spring onion on top.
Best serve with garlic rice. Super yummy!
