Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti noodle
  • 2 packs packs coconut cream
  • 8 pcs pcs green chili
  • 250 g pork
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instruction.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the cooking oil.
  • Saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
  • Add the pork and cook until lightly brown.
  • Put salt and pepper.
  • Pour the first pack of coconut cream (if it is too thick, add ¼ cup of water) and simmer until the pork is tender.
  • Add the green chilies. Cook until the chilies are soft.
  • Pour the second pack of coconut cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Drain the spaghetti noodles.
  • Put enough amount of pasta on a plate and pour the Bicol Express on top. Serve with grated cheese on top. Enjoy!
