Bicol Express Pasta Recipe
Bicol Express Pasta is an idea from a housemate we had in Singapore. He comes from the town Bicol where people tend to eat spicy food.

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instruction.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the cooking oil.
Saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the pork and cook until lightly brown.
Put salt and pepper.
Pour the first pack of coconut cream (if it is too thick, add ¼ cup of water) and simmer until the pork is tender.
Add the green chilies. Cook until the chilies are soft.
Pour the second pack of coconut cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
Drain the spaghetti noodles.
Put enough amount of pasta on a plate and pour the Bicol Express on top. Serve with grated cheese on top. Enjoy!
