Pork Barbecue Recipe

Pork Barbecue Recipe is one of my favorite miryenda. It is also a great combination with rice, making it a perfect food to eat during lunch or dinner. But as the Filipino version of barbecue is skewered on a stick when eaten, it became ideal for afternoon meals or merienda. The barbecue meal can be eaten as it is or even better when it is paired together with other foods like spaghetti, pancit, and so much more.
