Ingredients

  • 5 ripe mangoes
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup full cream milk
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 cup tapioca pearl

Instructions

  • Divide the mangoes into three part.
  • Using a blender or food processor, combine the first part of the mangoes, coconut milk, evaporated milk, mango juice. Process it until smooth.
  • Pour it in a bowl. Add the second part of cubes mangoes and the cooked tapioca pearl. Mix it together and cover with a plastic wrap.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the mango mixture in a serving bowl or cup. Add more tapioca pearl at the bottom of the bowl and more cube mango for the toppings.
