Tinolang Manok Recipe
- 500 g chicken
- 1 bundle bundle spinach or chili leaves
- 1 medium medium chayote
- 1 small small ginger
- 1 large large onion
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- black pepper
- cooking oil
- Heat a pot and put some cooking oil.
- Saute the garlic, ginger and onion .
- Add the chicken and cook until it changes into white.
- Pour the fish sauce or patis and let it absorb.
- Add 2 cups of water and boil until it becomes tender.
- Add the chayote or sayote.
- Put some pepper and salt.
- Cook until the chayote becomes tender.
- Add the spinach and stir and turn the heat off.
