    Ingredients
      

    • fish
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1 medium onion
    • small portion ginger
    • 1 small red bell pepper
    • 1 small tomato
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 3 tbsp corn starch
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • water

    Instructions
     

    • Heat a cooking oil in a pan
    • Sauté the garlic, onion and tomatoes then the red bell pepper
    • Pour the vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes (do not stir)
    • Pour the soy sauce and sugar
    • Add some water and simmer for 2 -3 minutes
    • Dilute the cornstarch with water.
    • Add in the fish in the pan
    • Pour the cornstarch mixture, stir then simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Serve
