Sinigang na Hipon Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g shrimp
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small radish
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 pcs green chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tamarind powder
- 1 bunch kang kong
- 2½ cups water
Instructions
- Boil the water onion and tomato in a pot for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, radish, and boil for 3-5 minutes
- Add the kang kong leaves.
- Put the tamarind powder and salt.
- Add the green chili and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve.
