Pork Tocino Recipe
- ½ kg pork
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- salt & pepper
- artificial food color
- Combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, salt & pepper and mix well.
- Add the pork in the mixture.
- You can add some food color if desired.
- Marinate the overnight.
- Put a cover and refrigerate.
- Add some water in pan and drop the pork marinated pork.
- Let it dry and add some cooking oil.
- Serve with rice and vinegar sauce.
