Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 large banana ripe but firm
- 1 cup chocolate melts
- ¼ cup candy sprinkle
- 8 pcs wooden craft sticks
Instructions
- Cut each banana in half crosswise then peel. Insert a craft stick into each half banana. Place on a tray, cover and freeze for about 3 hours.
- Melt the chocolate in a glass container over a slightly simmering water. Pour the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
- Dip each frozen banana into the chocolate, turning it to coat at least half of the banana. Immediately top with candy sprinkle. Place on a tray and serve immediately.
