- 100 g pork
- 100 g chicken
- 50 g shrimp
- 15 pcs quail eggs
- 250 g cauliflower
- 250 g cabbage
- 50 g young corn
- 7 pcs green beans
- 1 medium carrots
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- Pre-heat a large pan and add a cooking oil.
- Saute the garlic and onion.
- Add the pork, then the chicken.
- Add the shrimp.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the green beans, then the carrots.
- Add in the cauliflower, then the young corn.
- Pour the water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage.
- Stir to cook all the vegetables well.
- Now add the quails egg.
- Dilute the cornstarch in a water.
- Pour the diluted cornstarch on the pan.
- Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
