Chicken Roll Recipe has a version in every cuisine in the world since the filling of each roll varies from one cook to another.
The most common ingredient in every roll is cheese, but other than that, anyone has the freedom to add whatever ingredient they want.

There are also others who want theirs served with pasta, like Carbonara, to complement their meal. But no matter how a Chicken Roll is filled, cooked or served with, it is definitely great for those who are always busy and wanted to make a home-cooked meal in a flash.
To be honest I do not get what this Chicken Roll Recipe is all about and it's quite strange why was it called the way it is right now, I think there is a proper name for this but my Mom just called it like that just to give it a name.
The taste is just like a chicken and the difference that gave it a taste is the sauce so if you were to cook it make sure you follow or re-invent the sauce by adding awesome ingredients.
Chicken Roll Recipe
- 500 g boneless chicken breast
- 3 pcs hotdogs
- 50 g cheese
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 pcs calamansi
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken breading
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, pepper and calamansi for about 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken breast on a plate.
- Put the hotdogs and cheese in the center, roll up and secure it with a string.
- Roll it in a chicken breading.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
- Slice before serving.
