Ingredients
- ½ kg ground pork
- ½ cup onion
- ¾ cup carrots
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- wanton wrapper
Instructions
- Combine the ground pork, carrots and onion in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the egg and add it in the bowl.
- Add the pepper and salt and mix well.
- Put a spoon full of meat mixture on the wrapper and seal.
- Oil the steamer and steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Serve
