Sinigang na Bangus Recipe - Have you been to Dagupan City? It is a city found in the province of Pangasinan in the Philippines.

It features their main product which is Bangus or Milkfish or also known as Chanos chanos.

Sinigang na Bangus Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large milk fish or bangus
- 1 small sonion
- 1 small radish
- 1 tbsp tamarind powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 small tomato
- 1 bunch kang kong
- 2½ cups water
Instructions
- In a pot or deep pan add the water, tomatoes and onion.
- Let it boil then add the fish.
- Add the radish.
- Put the tamarind powder.
- Boil for about 4 minutes.
- Add the salt.
- Add the kang kong leaves.
- Turn the heat off.
- Serve.
