Tokwa’t Baboy Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup red beans
- 150 g tofu
- 250 g pork
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Fry the tofu in a pan.
- Sauté the garlic, onion, pork and the beans.
- Pour the water and simmer until the meat is tender. (10 minutes)
- Add the sugar and add some salt.
- Add in the fried tofu.
- Turn off the heat and serve.
