Ingredients
- 1 medium tilapia
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 25 g butter
- 1 pc salted egg
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Put tomatoes, onion, butter and salted egg in an aluminum foil.
- Add some pepper.
- Put the tilapia on top.
- Top with the same layer of ingredients.
- Seal the fish and throw in the steamer.
- Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve.
