Sinigang na Baboy or Pork Sinigang Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g pork
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 bundle kang kong
- 4 pcs string beans
- 2 pcs okra
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tamarind powder
- 2 ½ cups water
Instructions
- Put the water in a pot.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, taro and pork.
- Boil for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the taro from the pot.
- Mash the taro and put it back in the pot.
- Put the string beans and okra.
- Add the salt.
- Then the tamarind powder and stir.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the kang kong leaves.
- Turn off the heat and serve.
